Refund & Exchange Policy

At Masfaa, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. We hope you love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

  • The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

💳 Refunds

As our jewellery is carefully quality-checked and hygienically packed, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, or incorrect selections.

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive an incorrect item.

  • The product arrives defective or unusable.

  • Your order is cancelled by Masfaa due to stock unavailability.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

📦 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Images of the packaging received

Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Earrings for hygiene reasons

  • Personalized or custom-made jewellery

  • Gift cards

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear

❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect, Masfaa will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved exchanges, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

🎁 Store Credit Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in exchange for Masfaa Store Credit.

Store Credit:

  • Will be issued after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Can be used on any product available on www.masfaa.in.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another customer.
