Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been placed and another when it has been shipped.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume orders.
3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges apply (or "Free Shipping" if applicable).

Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD fee may apply depending on the order value.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your package anytime through our tracking page or the courier’s website.
5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
Masfaa is not responsible for:

Refused or unclaimed packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details or unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
